- Lead and manage all aspects of HR operations, including recruitment, compensation & benefits, performance management, training & development, and employee relations.
- Develop and implement HR policies, systems, and processes aligned with business goals.
- Ensure compliance with Thai labor laws and maintain a safe, standardized work environment.
- Act as a strategic HR partner to line managers and staff, providing guidance on manpower planning and organizational development.
- Oversee payroll operations and manage manpower budgets and costs.
- Drive effective internal communication and foster a positive social climate.
- Support and manage social dialogue and employee committee negotiations when necessary.
- Provide HR reports and insights to management and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fields.
- Minimum 15 years of HR experience with a solid generalist background.
- Strong understanding of Thai labor laws and HR best practices.
- Excellent communication skills in both Thai and English.
- Proven ability to work collaboratively across departments and manage multiple priorities.
- Stable career history with a hands-on approach and problem-solving mindset.
