As an intern in Talent Acquisition and Emerging Talent at Infineon, you will gain valuable hands-on experience in various aspects of HR and talent acquisition. Your role will involve supporting talent acquisition initiatives, acting as a liaison for events, contributing to employer branding efforts, assisting with HR-related projects and reports, and ensuring efficient handling of onboarding and offboarding documentation. This internship provides a comprehensive understanding of talent acquisition processes and the opportunity to contribute to impactful HR initiatives in a global technology company.Job Description
In your new role you will:
  • Process map and review HR Emerging Talent topics.
  • Support Talent Acquisitions in hiring initiatives, not limited to just screening resumes, managing inquiries from candidates and managers, communications.
  • Serve as a liaison contact for virtual/physical events (i.e. Infineon-Campus event, professional job fairs and event execution).
  • Support implementation of employer branding initiatives across digital platforms to position Infineon as an employer of choice.
  • To support in the preparation, coordination, or consolidation of human resources related reports, projects, or initiatives.
  • Gather necessary documents for various situations such as onboarding/offboarding and ensure that all documentation is returned for timely processing.
Internship Learning Outcomes:
  • Comprehend the role of Emerging Talent established in a Global Hi-Tech MNC environment
  • Gain exposure in campus engagement and relations
  • Learn to be Recruitment Researcher to attract both internal and external Talents
  • Develop skills in Project Management working with various stakeholders to co-ordinate events
  • Enhance interpersonal and communication skills, working with diversity across countries and cross-cultural teams
Your Profile:
You are best equipped for this task if you have:
  • Currently studying in Bachelor in Business / HR / Social Sciences or relevant field of studies
  • Internship period: August to December 2025
  • Proficient in MS Office including PowerPoint, Excel, and Word
  • Mastery in PowerPoint is highly advantageous
  • Effective interpersonal and communication skills
  • Creative and enthusiastic with a friendly and positive outlook
