Reporting to: Board of DirectorsKey ResponsibilitiesLead the strategic direction and overall performance of the organization across multiple business functions, including commercial, production, and operations.Oversee and drive integrated business strategies that align with long-term growth objectives, balancing market competitiveness with operational efficiency.Ensure effective execution across:Commercial - sales, marketing, product development, and business partnerships.Production - manufacturing efficiency, quality assurance, and process improvement.Operations - supply chain, finance, HR, compliance, and day-to-day management systems.Develop and empower senior leadership teams, promoting a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.Act as the key representative of the company with external stakeholders, including partners, regulators, and industry bodies.Lead change management initiatives and drive innovation to respond to evolving market and operational demands.Monitor performance KPIs, identify risks and opportunities, and ensure sustainable profitability and brand integrity.QualificationBachelor's degree or higher in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Food Science, or related fields (MBA preferred).Minimum 10 years of executive-level experience, ideally with a background in factory operations or manufacturing environments.Proven track record in both strategic leadership and hands-on operational management, preferably in consumer goods, manufacturing, or related sectors.Strong business acumen with the ability to manage complexity across commercial and operational domains.Demonstrated experience in managing cross-functional and/or cross-border teams is a plus.Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.Fluent in English; other languages are advantageous depending on the regional scope of operations.
