We are seeking a visionary Chief Executive Officer (CEO) with a proven track record in leading large-scale operations and driving commercial success in the food, agriculture, or FMCG sectors. This is a high-impact leadership role for a Thai executive ready to relocate and lead a dynamic team of 500 employees-200 in manufacturing and 300 in corporate functions-toward sustainable growth and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and execute the company's long-term strategic vision in alignment with shareholder goals.
- Lead business expansion, product innovation, and brand development to reinforce market leadership.
- Oversee end-to-end operations across farms and processing facilities, ensuring efficiency, quality, and regulatory compliance.
- Build and empower high-performing teams; foster a culture of agility, accountability, and innovation.
- Drive profitability and optimize costs across the entire value chain.
- Manage key stakeholder relationships including strategic partners, regulators, and investors.
- Champion ESG and sustainability initiatives across all business functions.
- Proven success as CEO, COO, or senior P&L leader in food, agriculture, or FMCG industries.
- Strong commercial acumen with experience scaling consumer businesses in Vietnam or similar markets.
- Deep operational expertise in farming and food processing within an integrated business model.
- Demonstrated ability to lead diverse teams and manage complex stakeholder environments.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Agriculture, Food Technology, or related field; MBA preferred.
- Thai nationality with willingness to relocate and lead operations in an ASEAN country.
