
Assistant Finance Project Manager (SAP)

- Maintain and update the master project plan, tracking progress against key milestones.
- Prepare and distribute weekly/monthly project status reports for all stakeholders.
- Manage the project's risk, issue, action, and decision (RAID) logs.
- Coordinate and schedule all key project meetings, workshops, and steering committee sessions.
- Prepare meeting agendas, document minutes, and track follow-up actions.
- Act as the central point for all project documentation and deliverables.
- 3-5+ years of experience as a PMO on large-scale IT or ERP projects.
- Strong skills in project tracking, status reporting, and risk/issue log management.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills in both Thai and English.
- Experience working in a fast-paced project environment with multiple stakeholders.
- Basic knowledge of SAP modules (e.g., FI, CO, MM) is a significant advantage.
