- Manage end-to-end IT initiatives, from planning to execution.
- Provide support for SAP SD/MM and related ERP applications, ensuring system stability, performance, and compliance.
- Troubleshoot incidents, perform root cause analysis, and coordinate with IT teams and vendors for resolution.
- Gather and document business requirements, support system enhancements, and conduct testing (UAT).
- Identify opportunities for process improvement, automation, and digital transformation.
- Lead IT-related projects, manage timelines, and communicate progress and risks to stakeholders.
- Assist users with system-related issues and provide training when needed.
- Perform other tasks as assigned by management.
- Strong hands-on experience with SAP SD/MM (ECC6 or S/4 HANA), including functional support and customization.
- Experience in ERP/CRM systems, supply chain, manufacturing, or financial modules.
- Proven ability to gather user requirements and create documentation.
- Strong project management skills and experience with system integration.
