SAP Support Specialist (PS - Project System)

- Provide ongoing support and maintenance for the SAP PS module, ensuring optimal performance and system availability.
- Analyze and troubleshoot issues related to the SAP PS module and implement effective solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and understand business requirements.
- Assist in customizing, configuring, and enhancing the SAP PS module to meet business needs.
- Conduct unit testing, system integration testing, and support user acceptance testing.
- Develop and maintain documentation, including user guides, technical specifications, and training materials.
- Provide end-user training and support to enhance system utilization and user proficiency.
- Stay updated on SAP best practices and new features to improve system functionality.
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- At least 3 years of experience in SAP PS module support and implementation.
- Proficiency in SAP ECC 6.0 with a deep understanding of the PS module.
- Experience configuring, customizing, and troubleshooting in the SAP PS environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with stakeholders and team members.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic environment.
- Experience in SAP integration with other modules such as MM, FI, or CO.
- Knowledge of ABAP debugging or development.
- Familiarity with project management methodologies and tools.
