Middle Mile Strategic Initiative (SPX Express)

Job Description :

Serve as PMO to ensure smooth, manage project timelines with the assistant/manager and oversee full implementation.
Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders, Identify project risks, lead meetings with senior stakeholders and teams.
Collaborate with the product team to guide new product processes.
Align with the operations manager on plans and initiatives.
Prepare reports, proposals, analyze project solutions, investment costs, operational feasibility, and presentations.
Monitor and address middle-mile performance issues.
Act as a SWAT team during critical middle-mile moments.

Requirements :

Bachelor or Master Degree in any fields - bachelor in engineering , Logistics Supply Chains Management, or equivalent practical experience is a plus
Have experience in Business Development/ logistics / construction projects
High leadership and people management skills
Strong analytical skills and being an proactive initiator
Logical thinking and strong problem solving skills
Good team player
Be able to fit in with fast pace culture
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
