Job Descriptions

Assess Express claims within his/her authority.
Support team performance per the required criteria and ensure best practice to use among the team.
Ensure claims are accurately assessed and proactively reserved within agreed service levels.
Provide effective resolution of claims level.
Be accurate and consistent to control financial claims matter.
Follow best practice on compliance matter with governance standards and regulatory requirements and minimize lost economic opportunity within claims segment.
Be efficiency on communication to all relevant stakeholders.

Job Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in the related field.
Strong stakeholder management experience.
Good in interpersonal skills.
Policy language skills enabling accurate and consistent policy wording interpretation will be a plus.
Insurance experience and good command of English skills would be an advantage.
