- Handle confidential correspondence, reports, and presentations.
- Prepare meeting agendas, take minutes, and follow up on action items.
- Act as a liaison between the COO and internal departments, external partners, and stakeholders.
- Coordinate internal meetings, events, and executive briefings.
- Facilitate communication across production, sales, design, and accounting teams.
- Monitor progress on strategic initiatives and special projects.
- Assist in reporting on production timelines, quality metrics, and operational efficiency.
- Maintain filing systems, databases, and operational records.
- Ensure confidentiality of sensitive company and personnel information.
- Screen and manage emails, calls, and visitors with professionalism.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in an executive assistant or secretary role.
- Excellent command of Thai and English (written and spoken).
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Strong organizational, time-management, and interpersonal skills.
