- Conduct daily consultative sessions with teams and individuals focused on small group activities.
- Drive promotion, communication, and education related to the continuous improvement system.
- Take ownership of promoting workplace health and safety, quality and commitments, environmental preservation, and Compliance.
- Proficient in project management, including risk analysis, scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation
- Excellent coaching skills with the ability to adapt to diverse situations
- Over 10 years of experience in Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement
- Exceptional communication skills
- Extensive knowledge of ISO, HACCP, GMP, Safety, Environmental Systems, Lean methodologies, and Six Sigma
- Highly structured and organized work approach
- Skilled at leading strategic, tactical, and progress meetings effectively
