
Test Engineer - Senior Team Lead

- Work with Electrical Integration (EI) engineer in USA to set up the experiment, provide test script and electrical tester setup preparation for new transducer design-build validation
- Manage the Electrical Test parameter and HGA disposition via TSR (Test Setup Request) change for mass production support
- Validate all electrical test-related changes (Hardware/Software/Firmware and media) and set up migration plans to ensure they meet product change requirements
- Maximize Electrical Tester capacity
- Deploy an effective tester control system to ensure tester health and data quality
- Identify X-products test gaps and working with a team (Product, Test, Electrical Integration, Mechanical Integration, Characterization and Analytics Group) for solution
- Good Electronic, Electrical and Physics knowledge
- Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines, while maintaining a positive attitude
- Fluent in English communication both spoken and written
- Strong presentation skills
- Excellent in teamwork, leadership and coach-ability
- Hard Disk Drive technology and manufacturing knowledge
- Expert in data analysis, problem-solving skills and decision making
- Planning, Statistic (Six Sigma), Process Control and improvement
- Computer programming (C#, C++, Python)
