Job description
  • Control secretary operations in handling appointments, and mails as assigned to facilitate the executives
  • Control and providing support in accumulating and handling overall documents for the executives
  • Coordinate with internal and external organization to create mutual understanding in operations and facilitate the executives
  • Examine minute preparation including clarifying, recommending, and summarizing the minutes as assigned to support the operations efficiently aligning with organization's needs and situation
  • Responsible for supply disbursement to facilitate the executive and staffs
Qualification
  • Bachelor's degree in related field
  • Minimum of 1-3 years' experience in related field
  • Have communication and coordination skills
  • Be delicate and cautious
  • Have good personality
  • Have good Thai and English skills
  • Have good computer skills
