- Define and drive enterprise architecture strategy, technology roadmaps, and digital platform standards aligned with business goals.
- Architect end-to-end solutions across cloud, infrastructure, and software platforms, ensuring scalability, security, and performance.
- Lead technical solutioning for pre-sales engagements, including demos, integration design, and pitching data points for sales enablement.
- Collaborate with stakeholders (Product Owners, Cybersecurity, and Engineering teams) to align architecture with product and business needs.
- Evaluate emerging technologies and conduct R&D, PoCs, and innovation work to enhance solution offerings and delivery capabilities.
- Mentor and manage a team of enterprise architects and specialists, supporting their growth, performance, and development planning.
- Produce clear and compelling documentation, diagrams, and presentations to articulate solution architecture to internal and external stakeholders.
- Develop and maintain enterprise architecture strategies and roadmaps and define technology strategy for Hyperscale cloud and ICT.
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, software engineering, computer engineering or related field.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in IT architecture, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
- Strong understanding of enterprise architecture frameworks.
- Proven experience designing and delivering complex IT systems and integrations.
- Expertise in cloud platforms (e.g., OCI, AWS, Azure), microservices, and APIs.
- Solid knowledge of cybersecurity, IT compliance.
- Proficient in OS-level architecture (Windows, Linux) and hybrid connectivity.
- Experience in troubleshooting, performance tuning, and network integration.
