- Support the consolidation of FAQs and internal knowledge base content.
- Document internal processes and contribute to SOPs and training materials.
- Collaborate with Business Support to develop interactive training modules using iorad and Articulate360 for Zendesk agents and light agents.
- Coordinate with internal teams to gather feedback and support platform improvements.
- Participate in minor platform configuration tasks and testing of new features.
- Currently pursuing a degree in Business, IT, Hospitality, or a related field.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Basic understanding of customer service platforms (Zendesk knowledge is a plus).
- Familiarity with digital training tools such as iorad or Articulate360 is an advantage.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and comfortable working with data.
- Good communication skills in English (written and verbal).
- Eagerness to learn and contribute in a collaborative environment.
- Hands-on experience with a leading customer service platform (Zendesk).
- Exposure to digital transformation and automation in hospitality.
