
Payroll & HR Service Specialist

- Accurately input and maintain payroll-related data, including time attendance, overtime (OT), leaves, and insurance claims.
- Process and update personnel records in local HR systems, Workday (WD), and physical employee files.
- Assist in HR service tasks and digital transformation projects to improve efficiency.
- Maintain HR documentation and administrative processes within the department.
- Prepare and validate time attendance reports for payroll processing.
- Ensure compliance with Thai labor laws and regulations related to compensation and benefits.
- Serve as the first point of contact for employee inquiries related to payroll, benefits, leave policies, and HR systems (Workday).
- Provide timely resolutions to blue-collar workforce queries via email, phone, or in-person support.
- Escalate complex issues to the relevant HR teams when necessary.
- Assist employees with HR self-service tools and guide them on Workday transactions.
