Job PositionGeneral Administration Supervisor is responsible for managing all plant administrative functions. This role serves as the company's liaison with government authorities and external agencies, ensuring administrative operations support both project development and day-to-day plant activities. The position plays a key role in maintaining organizational efficiency and supporting company standards related to safety, quality, environment, and social responsibility.Job Responsibilities
  • Coordinate with external agencies for licenses, customs clearance, and regulatory compliance.
  • Support setup of office systems, vehicles, and contractor support logistics.
  • Assist with onboarding staff and administrative support during project startup.
  • Oversee all plant-related insurance programs, including employee medical, social welfare, vehicle, and workmen's compensation policies.
  • Manage company vehicles, including registration, licensing, insurance, driver responsibilities, and usage compliance.
  • Administer customs clearance procedures, including documentation preparation, expense requests, and coordination with relevant authorities.
  • Support payroll processes, oversee office equipment maintenance contracts, and manage mail and courier services.
  • Coordinate HR administrative tasks such as employee recordkeeping, performance evaluations, training documentation, and compliance with labor regulations.
  • Liaise with government agencies and local communities for required documentation, licenses, and regulatory reporting.
  • Support the implementation and maintenance of ISO and ESMS systems (ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001) across all administrative processes.
Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years in administrative or office management roles, preferably in industrial or energy sectors.
  • Strong knowledge of office administration, insurance handling, payroll support, and document control.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Access).
  • Strong interpersonal, leadership, and coordination skills.
  • Familiarity with labor law, social security, and regulatory procedures.
  • Understanding of ISO systems and documentation processes.
  • Be able to work in province areas such as Ayutthaya, Saraburi, Rayong, Chonburi, or Prachinburi.
  • Fluent in English both written and verbal (Minimum 600 TOEIC score).
