
Payroll Specialist

- Manage end-to-end payroll processes (monthly, quarterly, annual) including data collection, calculation, validation, and finalization across multiple entities.
- Act as the key contact with external payroll providers and ensure accuracy of payroll services.
- Prepare and review payroll reports, ensuring reconciliation and accuracy for Finance and Audit purposes.
- Support HR operations such as compensation & benefits administration, employee data management, HRIS updates, and HR reporting.
- Partner with internal stakeholders, including Finance, HRBP, and global HR teams, to align processes with MNC standards.
- Contribute to HR projects such as system implementation, policy updates, and process improvements.
- Oversee the full employee lifecycle - from onboarding to offboarding - ensuring a smooth and positive employee experience.
- Support recruitment logistics, new hire orientation, contract preparation, and probation tracking.
- Coordinate employee engagement activities, training, and performance management cycles.
- Handle offboarding processes including clearance, final pay, and exit interviews.
- Continuously improve HR processes to enhance employee satisfaction and streamline operations.
- 10+ years of HR experience, with at least 5 years specializing in payroll operations in an MNC environment.
- Strong knowledge of Thai labor laws, tax regulations, and statutory requirements.
- Hands-on experience with HRIS/Payroll systems (e.g., Workday, SAP, Oracle, B-Plus, or similar).
- Proven ability to work in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.
- Strong numerical, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication skills in Thai and English, both written and verbal.
- Flexibility to travel domestically as business requires.
