This role plays a vital part in supporting backend operations, including payroll funding forecasts, invoice processing, vendor coordination, financial reporting and analysis.This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working with data, understands operational workflows, and thrives in a collaborative and fast-paced environment. You will work closely with the Payroll, Finance, and other People teams to streamline reporting, ensure timely payment processing, and contribute to key initiatives that enhance team efficiency and scalability.Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and analyze monthly payroll forecasts, variance reports, and financial summaries for assigned entities
- Manage end-to-end invoice processing, including statutory payments, ensuring accuracy and compliance
- Perform month-end closing activities, including reporting, reconciliations, and issue resolution
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve outstanding items and enhance operational efficiency
- Maintain operational trackers, reporting dashboards, and documentation repositories
- Contribute to internal process improvement initiatives and share best practices across People Services Excellence
- Participate in process improvements and support implementation of efficiency tools or reporting templates
- 2+ years of experience in finance operations, procurement support, administrative services, or similar areas.
- Familiarity with GL reports, forecasting, PR/PO processes, and basic financial reporting.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (e.g., VLOOKUP, pivot tables, charts) or analytic tools (e.g., KNIME, Power Query).
- Comfortable working with large datasets and documentation; experience maintaining financial or operational trackers.
- Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills; high sense of responsibility, integrity, and professionalism; proactive and eager to learn.
- Experience with ERP systems such as Oracle or SAP.
- Experience with advanced analytic tools beyond Excel (e.g., KNIME, Power Query).
- Demonstrated curiosity and willingness to contribute to team success.
