- Manage and support all the systems in the hotel.
- Provide in-house guest IT related matter
- Perform regular system's health check and capacities studies to ensure optimumperformance of service and network.
- Mange system changes with appropriate support staff to ensure uninterrupted services.
- A minimum of 3-5 years experiences in as international five -star hotel.
- Knowledgeable on PMS Opera Cloud / Infrasys Cloud / My HR Cloud / Futurelog system / SUN Cloud.
- Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities and to plan and execute events
- Ability to work well under presure in a fast paced environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skill in both of English and Thai.
