Key Responsibilities:
  • Plan, execute, and complete IT infrastructure projects on time and within budget.
  • Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in alignment with business goals, collaborating with senior management and stakeholders.
  • Create comprehensive project plans and associated communication documents.
  • Clearly and promptly communicate project expectations to team members and stakeholders.
  • Maintain regular communication with project stakeholders.
  • Estimate resources and personnel required to meet project objectives.
  • Prepare budget proposals and recommend adjustments as needed.
  • Set, manage, and track project expectations with the team and stakeholders.
  • Identify and manage project dependencies and critical paths.
  • Plan and schedule project timelines and milestones using appropriate tools.
  • Monitor project progress, milestones, and deliverables.
  • Prepare and present progress reports, proposals, requirements documents, and presentations.
  • Determine the content and frequency of status reports, analyze outcomes, and resolve issues.
  • Proactively handle changes in project scope, anticipate potential risks, and develop contingency plans.
  • Establish project success criteria and communicate them throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Mentor, motivate, and supervise team members and contractors, fostering accountability and proactive engagement.
  • Build and maintain key business relationships critical to project success.
  • Collaborate closely with vendors, partners, and internal global teams to ensure alignment and successful project delivery.
  • Ensure effective written and verbal communication in English with all stakeholders.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent is a plus.
  • Minimum of 5 years' experience in IT project management, focusing on infrastructure projects.
  • Strong knowledge of public cloud services (e.g., AWS, Azure), network infrastructure, and security technologies.
  • Proven track record managing complex IT infrastructure projects from initiation to closure.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Microsoft Project, ClickUp, JIRA).
  • Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and work effectively under pressure.
  • Familiarity with ITIL and Agile methodologies is a plus.
  • Experience collaborating with vendors, partners, and global teams.
  • Excellent command of English, both written and spoken.
