Capable of delivering large scale/complexity concurrent projects as a program with direct management of third party vendorsJob DescriptionProject Management part;Manage and deliver OTT media-based project(s) as a program using agile software development principles, patterns, and practices with effective coordination of cross-vendor management and project tracking systemsBe accountable for the execution, management and quality control of projects from start to completion – delivered on schedule and within budget, positively contributing to the overall PMO portfolio of projectsDevelop project and program estimates, plans, schedules and controls applying creative thinking, technical and business management skills to satisfy program goals.Improve policies and procedures within the PMO that enable teams to deliver quality solutions consistently and efficiently using a standard set of processes and toolsIdentify program risks and execute mitigation activitiesExecute change management diligently and collaborate with Account Management and Sales Engineering teams to manage commercial aspects.Stakeholder Management part;Act as a single point of contact for stakeholders, vendors and delivery teamsIdentify internal and external stakeholders and classify their influence and interests in order to tailor communication and reportingRecord and present key program data (Scope, Time, Cost, Quality, Risk, Change) to internal and external stakeholdersLead the resolution of escalations and issuesUphold high levels of stakeholder and vendor advocacyBe responsible for project governance, change management, financial control and reporting to key internal stakeholdersQualifications3 - 5 years experiences in Project ManagementBachelor degree in Business, Information Systems, Information Technology or related disciplinesExtensive knowledge in software application project and program coordination & managementSolid understanding of project and program management methodologies and processesPractical experience in organizing and motivating large cross-functional and cross-vendor teams, controlling different interests between teams and stakeholders.Familiar with software/ internet development life cycle within an Agile environment with hands-on experience managing local and remote project vendor teams concurrentlyExcellent commercial sense with business management principles, methods, and techniquesFast-paced, self-motivated with ability to work independentlyEnglish communication skills (reading, writing and speaking) with a proven track record engaging and leading clients.Recruiter Atitaya Dechpan (อทิตยา เดชปาน)
