Regional IT System Management Executive

- Administer and maintain core IT platforms, including HRIS, Google Workspace, Slack, and HubSpot, as well as AnyMind's key proprietary platforms like AnyTag, AnyManager, and AnyX.
- Ensure optimal system functionality, efficient user access management, and accurate data maintenance.
- Monitor user accounts to optimize system space and licensing.
- Export usage data for system cleanup and analysis.
- Manage contracts and paid account requests for platforms like HubSpot.
- Act as the central point of contact and subject matter expert for all IT systems.
- Oversee the migration of software accounts during mergers and acquisitions, ensuring smooth transitions and minimizing disruptions.
- Continuously evaluate and improve system performance, ensuring alignment with business objectives and HR processes.
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in IT administration including Google Workspace
- Excellent skill in Google Spreadsheet and Google Apps Script
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a talent for user training and support
- Fluent in English, both written and verbal.
