Ensures editorial and production quality aligned with the brand and audience engagement objectives.Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and produce studio-based programs, including talk shows, pre/post-match analysis, and original content formats.
  • Plan and manage production schedules, scriptwriting, crew coordination, and set design.
  • Oversee post-production process including editing, color grading, sound mixing, and graphics insertion.
  • Work closely with content, marketing, and social media teams to align creative direction and promotional needs.
  • Ensure all content meets broadcast quality standards and delivery timelines.
  • Coordinate with external production houses, freelance editors, and talent as needed.
Candidate Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Film, Broadcasting, Communication Arts, or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in TV or digital content production, including both studio production and post-production.
  • Proficient in editing software (Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, After Effects, etc.) and basic production equipment.
  • Creative mindset with strong storytelling and visual editing skills.
  • Able to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience in sports content or entertainment program production.
  • Knowledge of online content optimization and short-form editing for digital platforms.
  • Knowledge of AI tools for video editing and enhancement.
