  • Gather and analyze business requirements from stakeholders and translate them into functional specifications.
  • Design system workflows, data models, and integration points to meet business needs.
  • Collaborate with developers, testers, and project managers to ensure accurate and timely delivery of solutions.
  • Conduct feasibility studies and propose appropriate system solutions.
  • Prepare system documentation including requirement specifications, use cases, and user manuals.
  • Support UAT (User Acceptance Testing) and assist in troubleshooting system issues.
  • Coordinate with vendors or external teams for system integration and implementation.
  • Ensure solutions comply with company standards, security policies, and best practices.
Qualifications:Technical Skill
  • Familiarity of software development life cycle (SDLC), Agile, Scrum
  • Understanding of system architecture and infrastructure
  • Experience with API integration and middleware (e.g., ESB)
  • Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)
  • Knowledge with deployment tools (Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD)
  • Knowledge of network protocols and security standards
  • Experience with system monitoring tools (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana)
Soft Skill
  • Stakeholder communication and technical leadership
  • Knowledge of domain/business processes contact center is preferable
  • Gap analysis and feasibility studies
  • Strong understand user requirement elicitation and documentation (BRD, FRD, user stories)
  • Strong troubleshooting and debugging skills
  • Vendor evaluation and solution comparison
