- Strategic Recruitment: Oversee day-to-day recruitment operations to ensure on-time fulfillment with high accuracy and quality standards.
- Data analysis & Problem solving: Analyse hiring and workforce data to support decision making.
- Initiative: Implement and track key performance indicators to continuously improve recruitment operations and meet business demands.
- Team Leadership: Manage and mentor area leads to achieve each area's hiring targets.
- Stakeholder management: Serve as the primary point of contact between recruitment functions and business stakeholders, maintaining seamless communication and coordination.
- Hiring Excellence: Identify and proactively resolve bottlenecks in the recruitment process, ensuring efficient workflows and optimized resource allocation.
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Human Resources, Operations Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in operations, project management, or recruitment, preferably in a high-volume or fulfillment-focused environment.
- Strong organizational skills and a proactive approach to identifying and solving process bottlenecks.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities, with experience in cross-functional collaboration.
- Proven track record of managing projects to successful completion on time and within scope, with attention to detail and quality.
