เจ้าหน้าที่ดูแลและจัดการเนื้อหาออนไลน์Job DescriptionAIS Play Platform :VOD (Movie/Series/Cartoon/Live Events to VOD)- Design and manage the UX and content tree.- UX mockup.- Prepare metadata file (Excel file for AIS PLAY).- Quality Control VDO file (Resulation, Quality).- Duplicate and rename VDO file for AIS PLAY.- VDO editor. (embed subtitle, modifies sound of VDO)- VOD catch-up overnight job to operate such as Thai football, International football, live events, ect.- Upload VDO file, poster and backdrop to AISPLAY platform.- Handle sensitive contents and must be prudent to configure on the system.- Add product ID for premium content.- Selete the content to promote on shelves- Shuffle the content on AISPLAY, AIS PLAYBOX, AISPLAY Website shelf.- Test VDO files after Transcode and encryption on mobile, Set Top Box, New Play Box, Google Android TV, Samsung Smart TV and Apple TV.- Work with 5 content partners about content and others team to solve the trouble.- OTTpartner content management."AISPLAY users achive the target :- Analyze customer behavior as the report to manage and pick a content on AIS PLAY platform to promote.- Retention customer to come back to access AISPLAY platform."Live TV :- Register and assign content to Exclusive channel.- Quality Control image and description of channel.- Create new channel to Live TV and Live Event such as Thai football, International football, live event.- Add channel to group (News/Sport/Entertainment etc.) and channel shelves.- Create VDO Catch up from digital video recorder follow step of work of VOD.- Arrange beIN Sports channel F1 program replacement.- Select European football matches to air with dubbed.- Test TV broadcast via on mobile, Set Top Box, ATV, GSANTV, Smart TV and Apple TV, Chromecast."Content marketing- Analyze the report of new ideas to create new shelves.- Create new shelves and select a content for promote the content on AISPLAY.- Operate and execute new type of the customer retention program.- Coordinate partner about content to promote on AISPLAY and online."Push notification | Banner :- Coordinate with Content Programming & Marketing for plan.- Manage Audience user by segment.- Create Push notification Campaign.- Put the banners to promote the content and OTT partner."EPG :- Manage eletronic program guide each premium channel.- Coordinate with Thaicom for upload to the system.- Quality control EPG on AIS PLAY and AIS PLAYBOX."Qualification
- Bachelor or Master degree/ Multimedia, Marketing, Business Computer, Business Information Technology
- Adobe Premiere Pro/ Microsoft Excel/ PhotoShop,illustrator, Database Skills
- Work Experience : 0 - 3 Years
- Negotiation, able to work in night shifts, Fluent English
