- Technical support specializes to ASPs (Authorize service partner) and Information Center Team on Business Inkjet printer or copier.
- Advisor for any technical knowledge concerns and continue to be monitoring their technical skill.
- Regular visit ASP / customer to get more knowledge support and get more experience sharing.
- Support spare parts refurbish process for all product concern.
- Regular monitor spare part usage.
- Bachelor’s/ Master’s Degree in Electronics or Computer Engineering.
- At least 2 years experiences repair on copier.
- Skillset: Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint Word, PowerPoint) and printing management software.
- Good command of English. (spoken and written)
- Able to travel domestic and travel overseas.
