Job Summary:We are looking for a proactive and energetic Field Sales Executive to drive sales growth across General Trade (GT) and Modern Trade (MT) channels. This role involves direct field engagement, building strong relationships with retail partners, and ensuring excellent in-store execution of our FMCG products.Key Responsibilities:General Trade (GT):Visit and manage a portfolio of traditional trade outlets (grocery stores, provision shops, etc.).Ensure product availability, visibility, and proper merchandising.Execute trade promotions and monitor their effectiveness.Collect market intelligence and competitor activities.Achieve monthly sales targets and route coverage KPIs.Modern Trade (MT):Support in-store execution in supermarkets, hypermarkets, and convenience stores.Ensure planogram compliance and promotional displays.Coordinate with store managers and merchandisers for stock replenishment.Monitor and report on sales performance and consumer feedback.Assist in implementing marketing campaigns and sampling activities.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in any field.1-3 years of experience in field sales, preferably in FMCG.Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.Willingness to travel extensively within assigned territory.Can communicate in English.
