- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth, expand market share, and achieve customer acquisition targets.
- Lead and manage the sales team, including Account Managers across Modern Trade, Traditional Trade, Online, and Distributor channels, ensuring they have the skills, tools, and support needed to meet their goals.
- Monitor and analyze key sales performance metrics such as revenue growth, conversion rates, and customer satisfaction, making adjustments as needed.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders to foster business opportunities and enhance brand loyalty.
- Stay informed on market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to guide strategic decisions and data-driven planning.
- Oversee the sales budget, allocate resources efficiently, and prioritize projects to maximize return on investment.
- Ensure the sales team is equipped with training, tools, and content to effectively engage customers and close deals.
- Continuously improve sales processes to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and elevate the customer experience.
- Recruit, train, and mentor high-performing sales professionals to build a strong and effective team.
- Prepare regular reports on sales performance, market trends, and strategic insights for stakeholders, including senior leadership, investors, and clients.
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Marketing, Business Administration, Economics, Management, or related fields.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in sales team management, preferably within the cosmetics and online industries.
- Strong skills in sales strategy development and data analysis.
- Proven ability to lead and motivate sales teams to achieve targets.
- Excellent relationship-building and negotiation skills.
- Proficient in sales tools and software such as CRM systems, Excel, and Google Sheets.
- Experience in retail or e-commerce is a strong advantage.
