This role will be responsible for ensuring system reliability, scalability, and efficiency across network, hardware, and software platforms. The specialist will collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to gather requirements, design solutions, and implement new systems while providing ongoing support and troubleshooting. Additionally, the role involves creating cost-benefit analyses, assisting with capacity planning, supporting budget control and procurement, and driving process improvements to align IT strategies with business objectives.Job DescriptionResponsibilities:- Strong knowledge of current IT systems, including network infrastructure, software applications, and hardware components, with the ability to effectively handle errors and resolve issues.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to identify system requirements and ensure operational efficiency.
- Support the implementation of new systems designed to address and resolve existing issues.
- Create analytical reports that assess the cost-benefit of proposed system upgrades.
- Assist the IT team in deploying newly approved systems and solutions.
- Conduct testing and troubleshooting of newly implemented systems to ensure optimal performance.
- Gather and analyze system requirements in alignment with organizational objectives.
- Design and document IT systems, including product evaluations and comparisons.
- Facilitate clear and effective communication between stakeholders across departments.
- Collect data for system capacity planning to support service platform scalability.
- Support management in budget control and procurement processes.
- Collaborate with business units to develop IT strategies and enhance current system implementations.
