Preferred Background: Global manufacturing environmentRole Overview:As a key member of the Thailand Country Management Team, the Plant HR Manager will lead all HR functions at the plant level, acting as a strategic partner, coach, and employee advocate. This role ensures alignment with global and regional HR strategies while supporting a high-performance, compliant, and engaged workforce.Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement local HR policies aligned with global standards.
- Lead recruitment, onboarding, and workforce planning.
- Drive performance management, talent development, and succession planning.
- Manage compensation reviews and training programs.
- Ensure compliance with Thai labor laws and internal policies.
- Oversee HR operations, systems (e.g., SAP HR, SuccessFactors), and reporting.
- Foster employee engagement and support internal communication initiatives.
- Coach managers and support employee relations and conflict resolution.
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, Psychology, or related field.
- 8+ years of HR experience, preferably in a global manufacturing setting.
- Strong knowledge of HR functions, labor law, and HRIS systems.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Fluent in English and Thai.
