About the CompanyWe provide high-quality printing services, including commercial printing, package printing, digital printing, and specialty printing.Job Responsibilities1. Managing Subordinates:

Ensure subordinates execute the inspection processes specified for each client.

Supervise the progress of subordinates' tasks, providing guidance and support as needed.

2. Handling Client Complaints:

Respond promptly and appropriately to client complaints, working to resolve issues.

Analyze the complaints and implement measures to prevent recurrence.

3. Process Improvement Activities:

Evaluate current work processes and propose and implement improvements to enhance efficiency and quality.

Regularly assess the outcomes of improvement activities and promote continuous improvement.

4. ISO9001 and ISO14001 Related Tasks and Document Management:

Perform tasks in accordance with ISO9001 and ISO14001 standards and manage related documentation.

Respond to internal and external audits and implement necessary corrective actions.

5. Reporting, Communicating, and Consulting with the Managing Director (MD):

Report, communicate, and consult with the MD in a timely manner, sharing progress and issues.

Coordinate tasks based on the MD's instructions to ensure smooth operations

Experience requirements・More than 3 years of experience in quality control, experience managing 5 or more subordinates・Highly responsible and communicative individuals・Have Knowledge of ISO9001 and ISO14001 standardsEducation requirementsBachelor's degree / master's Degree.Languages: English If can speak is plus Must Can use E-mail by EnglishContact Person
