Job Responsibilities
- Management of approximately 35 members - Monitor operations to ensure their alignment with production standards - Inspect, test, and measure new products - Reject or accept finalized items - Measure significant products with calipers, micrometers, rulers, or gauges - Discuss inspection outcomes with the responsible team or person - Remove the products that do not meet the desired specifications - Report inspection results and test data - Other duties assigned by the Japanese MD *Internal language is ThaiJob Requirement
Necessary Skill / Experience
- At least 3 years of experience as QC in a manufacturing industry (experience in the food industry may not be suitable) company - At least 1 year of Management experience to handle around 30 subordinates - Conversational middle of English (must be able to handle customer communication in reading and writing; candidates with zero speaking ability are not acceptable)
Preferable Skill / Experience
- Working experience as QC SV-Manager at a printing company
