Senior Supervisor (IT/S)

Key Responsibilities:

System Development & Enhancement: developing new software solutions and continuously improving existing systems to optimize performance and meet evolving business needs.
System Maintenance & Operations: Oversee the smooth and stable operation, maintenance, and monitoring of all assigned IT systems.
Process Management: manage all aspects related to system development, maintenance, and operational processes.
Project & Team Leadership: Take charge of managing tasks, project progress, issues, and personnel within the DX Promotion Team and various system development projects.
Organizational Initiatives: Drive and manage internal common business initiatives, ensuring adherence to standards such as ISO, SOX, and KAIZEN.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in system development or system maintenance and operations.
Open to all development languages and platforms; however, the candidate must be willing and able to learn and become proficient in the technologies currently used by RMT.
