  • Plan and execute live broadcast operations for sports and special event coverage on AIS PLAY.
  • Coordinate with content partners, OB providers, signal providers, and internal technical teams to ensure live signal acquisition and integration.
  • Oversee on-site and remote production workflows, signal testing, transmission, and live feed monitoring.
  • Manage live broadcast schedules, crew assignments, and troubleshooting during live events.
  • Ensure compliance with technical standards and broadcast rights conditions.
  • Document broadcast logs, incident reports, and support post-event evaluation and improvements.
Candidate Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Broadcasting, Media Technology, or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in live production, preferably in sports or entertainment broadcasting.
  • Strong knowledge of live streaming equipment, signal acquisition, encoding, and broadcast chain processes.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, depending on live event schedules.
  • Excellent coordination and time management skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience in OTT/IPTV environments or working with CDN/live encoders.
  • Knowledge of multi-camera switching, commentary feed handling, and satellite/IP transmission protocols.
