1. HR (50%) 1.1 HRD - Training & Development (Global Policy) - Assess training needs, identify skill gaps, and develop relevant content. - Implement and improve training programs - Coordinate internal and external training - Monitor progress, gather feedback, and evaluate effectiveness. - Promote employee learning and development initiatives. - Collaborate with departments to align training with business strategy. - Maintain and operate the LMS platform. - Provide user support and promote system usage organization-wide. - Performance & Compensation (Developmental Support) - Support implementation & process of performance appraisal systems. 1.2 HRM - Recruitment & Onboarding - Manage recruitment including job postings, interview coordination, and onboarding. - Support new hire orientation for smooth integration. - Compensation & Benefits - Assist payroll data coordination and benefits administration. - Local HRM & Compliance - Ensure compliance with Thai labor laws (e.g., Social Security, Workmen's Compensation, Provident Fund, Tax). - Coordinate with government agencies regarding legal matters and employee filings. - Prepare and submit employee-related legal documents (hiring, termination, promotion, etc.). - Labor law updates and inform relevant stakeholders. - Maintain employee records in compliance with labor and data protection laws. - Coordinate statutory activities such as health checkups and company registration renewals. - ER & Global Compliance - Address employee concerns and foster positive work relations. - Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal regulations. - Reviewing and updating internal HR policies. - HR Systems & Administration - Maintain HRIS and generate necessary reports. - Perform other assigned. 2. GA (40%) - Compliance & Internal Support - Ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements. - Respond to general employee inquiries regarding office procedures. - Procurement & Facilities - Manage procurement of office supplies and services. - Liaise with vendors to support daily operations. - Event & Project Support - Provide admin support for events, CSR, and engagement programs. - Assist with facility improvement and internal projects. - External Communication & Government Liaison - Coordinate with external providers and government offices. - Support visa, work permit, and immigration processes for Thai and expat staff. - Other GA/ Admin Duties as assigned. 3. Corporate Planning Support (10%) - Schedule internal and external meetings. - Assist in preparing presentation materials (PowerPoint). - Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure smooth operations. - Support other corporate planning activities as needed.Job Requirement
Necessary Skill / Experience
- Minimum 8 years experience in HR (both HRD & HRM) - Conversational High to Business level in English (Meeting with global, coordinate with overseas office, documents, email) - Proficient in Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, PowerPoint [Desired Attributes/ working style] - Strong presentation and facilitation skills - Outgoing and approachable personality - Independent and resourceful; able to handle tasks with minimal supervision - Strong interpersonal and communication skills - Highly self-motivated with a proactive attitude - Open-minded and respectful of diversity and inclusion - Positive and cooperative attitude with a willingness to learn - Highly detail-oriented and committed - Team Management and People Development - Conflict Resolution and Problem-Solving in Teams - Leadership mindset with the ability to guide and develop subordinates - Capability to delegate tasks and monitor team performance effectively - Strategic Thinking and Goal Setting for Team Development - Performance Monitoring and Feedback Delivery - Sense of ownership and accountability for team outcomes - Ability to motivate others and build team engagement - Team Management and People Development
Preferable Skill / Experience
- Leadership experience with subordinates - Wide experience in all HRM, HRD, GA field - Bachelor Degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development - MS Access
