- Design and implement a structured HR framework covering HRM, HRD, Compensation & Benefits, and Compliance.
- Develop a workforce strategy that attracts, retains, and develops talent to meet business needs.
- Guide management team through HR-related changes, ensuring a shift towards a commercially focused and performance-driven culture.
- Establish and enforce HR policies and procedures in compliance with Thai labor laws and industry best practices.
- Implement an effective performance management system that promotes a high-performance and results-oriented culture.
- Foster an engaging work environment by implementing initiatives that drive commercial mindset, efficiency, and productivity.
- Act as a trusted advisor to the executive team, ensuring HR strategies align with business priorities and commercial objectives.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in HR, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
- Proven track record of driving HR transformation in companies transitioning to a structured commercial model.
- Strong understanding of Thai labor laws, compliance, and best HR practice
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong ability to influence and convince senior leadership to adopt modern HR practices and commercial strategies.
