• - Providing on-site services to customers which need to travel around all-region in Thailand based on the location of each company. - Installing and configuring computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers, and scanners - Monitoring and maintaining computer systems and networks - Responding in a timely manner to service issues and requests - Providing technical support across the company (this may be in person or over the phone) - Setting up accounts for new users - Repairing and replacing equipment as necessary - Possibly training more junior staff members

• - Bachelor Degree in Computer Engineering, IT, Computer Science, or any related field. - Ability to provide services and travel around all-region in Thailand together with the ability to move residence based on customers' location; Ayuthaya, Chiangmai, Tak, Khonkean, Surathani and Lampoon. - At least 2 years of experience in the IT field. - Fair command in English both written and spoken. - Service-mind and communication skills will be advantages. - Ability to train junior staff will be advantages.
