เกี่ยวกับเรา : บริษัท คริสเตียนีและนีลเส็น (ไทย) จำกัด (มหาชน) : บริษัท คริสเตียนีและนีลเส็น (ไทย) จำกัด (มหาชน) เป็นผู้นำด้านวิศวกรรมโยธาและก่อสร้างคริสเตียนีและนีลเส็นเป็นกลุ่มบริษัทชั้นนำที่มีชื่อเสียงทั่วโลกว่าเป็นองค์กรที่มีประสบการณ์ความชำนาญและเทคโนโลยีทันสมัยในด้านวิศวกรรมโยธาและก่อสร้างคริสเตียนีและนีลเส็นเป็นหนึ่งในบริษัทที่มีประวัติความเป็นมาอันยาวนานมีจุดเริ่มต้นมาจากบริษัทวิศวกรรมเล็กๆในประเทศเดนมาร์กซึ่งก่อตั้งโดยดร.รูดอล์ฟคริสเตียนีและกัปตันอากี้นีลเส็นเมื่อวันที่28 กุมภาพันธ์2447โดยผลงานในปีแรกส่วนใหญ่เกี่ยวข้องกับการสร้างสะพานงานวิศวกรรมทางทะเลและงานโครงสร้างคอนกรีตเสริมเหล็ก ในระยะเวลาไม่ถึงสิบปีต่อมา บริษัท คริสเตียนีและนีลเส็นก็ได้เปิดสำนักงานนอกประเทศเดนมาร์กแห่งแรกที่เมืองแฮมเบอร์ก ประเทศเยอรมัน ในปี 2451 จากนั้นก็ได้ขยายการดำเนินธุรกิจในยุโรป เอเซีย อเมริกา แอฟริกา และออสเตรเลีย ซึ่งมีผลงานการก่อสร้างขนาดใหญ่ที่สำคัญ ๆ จำนวนมาก ไม่ว่าจะเป็นอาคารสูง ถนน สะพาน เขื่อน ท่าเรือ อุโมงค์ สนามบิน โรงแยกก๊าซ สนามกีฬา สถานีรถไฟใต้ดิน คริสเตียนีและนีลเส็นได้คิดค้น และพัฒนาเทคโนโลยีทางด้านวิศวกรรมโยธามาอย่างต่อเนื่องโดยเฉพาะการใช้ประโยชน์จากโครงสร้างคอนกรีตเสริมเหล็กและได้มีส่วนร่วมในโครงการด้านวิศวกรรมสำคัญๆของประเทศต่างๆ เช่น เป็นผู้พัฒนาวิธีผลิตแผ่นผ่อนน้ำหนักทำด้วยคอนกรีตเสริมเหล็กเพื่อยึดกำแพงเขื่อนริมน้ำเข้ากับตัวท่าเทียบเรือการวางผังตอกเสาเข็มในแนวตั้ง เพื่อเสริมความมั่นคง อันเป็นที่รู้จักในชื่อ CN Wharf รวมทั้งก่อสร้างสะพานโดยใช้ Cast-Push Method และมีการใช้ระบบนี้ต่อมาอย่างแพร่หลายทั่วโลก สำหรับ คริสเตียนีและนีลเส็น ในประเทศไทยก่อตั้งขึ้นเมื่อ พ.ศ. 2473 ในชื่อ บริษัทคริสเตียนีและนีลเส็น (สยาม) จำกัดและได้มีส่วนร่วมในการออกแบบและก่อสร้างโครงการที่สำคัญๆเพื่อการพัฒนาเศรษฐกิจและพัฒนาประเทศโดยรวมทั้งของภาครัฐและเอกชนโครงการเหล่านี้หลายโครงการกลายเป็นสถานที่หรือสัญลักษณ์สำคัญของประเทศเช่น อนุสาวรีย์ประชาธิปไตย ท่าเทียบเรือคลองเตย สะพานกรุงเทพข้ามแม่น้ำเจ้าพระยาและสะพานสารสีนที่ภูเก็ตเป็นต้นปัจจุบันคริสเตียนีและนีลเส็นเป็นบริษัทจดทะเบียนในตลาดหลักทรัพย์แห่งประเทศไทยในชื่อ “บริษัท คริสเตียนีและนีลเส็น (ไทย) จำกัด (มหาชน) “ ในปี 2535 ดำเนินธุรกิจก่อสร้างมากว่า 90 ปี และเพื่อรองรับการขยายงานก่อสร้างภายในประเทศไทยในอนาคต นอกจากนี้ยังมีบริษัทที่จัดตั้งขึ้นใหม่ (บริษัทย่อย) โดยบริษัทฯ จะถือหุ้นในสัดส่วน 85% ได้แก่ บริษัท คริสเตียนีและนีลเส็น เอนเนอร์จี โซลูชันส์ จำกัด (Christiani & Nielsen Energy Solotions Company Limited) โดยจดตั้งที่ประเทศไทย โดยให้บริการในการจัดหาทางออกทางด้านพลังงานแสงอาทิตย์ พลังงานลมและพลังงานทดอ่านเพิ่มเติม

IT Strategy and Digital Transformation
• Develop and execute comprehensive IT strategies aligned with business goals to enhance operational efficiency
• Drive digital transformation initiatives, including automation, AI integration, and data-driven decision-making
• Ensure IT systems support scalability, business continuity, and innovation in construction operations
• Support adoption of cloud technologies and enterprise mobility solutions to improve agility and productivity
Enterprise Systems and ERP Management (JDEdwards E-One)
• Oversee the administration, customization, and optimization of JDEdwards EnterpriseOne (E-One) ERP to enhance financial, procurement, supply chain, and project management functions
• Ensure seamless ERP integration with construction workflows to improve efficiency and reporting accuracy
• Lead ERP upgrades, data governance policies, and process automation to boost system capabilities
• Collaborate with CFO, COO, and project teams to align ERP with financial planning and operational needs
IT Infrastructure and Microsoft Ecosystem Management
• Lead the design, implementation, and maintenance of secure and scalable IT infrastructure
• Manage deployment and optimization of Microsoft 365 applications (Teams, SharePoint, Power BI, Power Automate, OneDrive) for seamless collaboration
• Oversee network architecture, cloud services (Azure/AWS), and cybersecurity frameworks to improve resilience
• Ensure data integrity, system reliability, and IT governance best practices
Cybersecurity and Compliance
• Ensure compliance with ISO 27001, NIST, CIS, GDPR, and industry-specific IT regulations
• Oversee cybersecurity risk assessments, penetration testing, and incident response planning to mitigate threats

Experience in the construction, engineering, or infrastructure development industry is a plus
In-depth knowledge of administration, customization, and optimization of JDEdwards EnterpriseOne (E-One) ERP system
Proficiency in Microsoft 365 applications (Teams, SharePoint, Power BI, Power Automate, OneDrive)
Strong understanding of network security, cloud computing (Azure, AWS), and IT infrastructure management
Expertise in cybersecurity best practices, IT risk management, and compliance frameworks (ISO 27001, NIST, GDPR, CIS Controls)
Demonstrated ability to align IT strategies with business goals to drive digital transformation
Strong leadership skills with experience managing cross-functional IT teams
Ability to analyze business needs, optimize IT investments, and improve ROI
Excellent stakeholder management and executive communication skills
