Specialist Employee Operations (Payroll & Tax)

In your new role you will:
- Manage and administer the time attendance systems, ensuring accuracy and timeliness of updates, including:
- Scheduling and overtime records
- Data correction and validation as required
- Gather, analyze, prepare, and summarize time attendance reports, providing insights and recommendations for process improvements.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for employee payroll, time, and leave-related queries, responding to tickets in a timely and professional manner.
- Maintain payroll operations in accordance with established policies and procedures, identifying opportunities for process enhancements and recommending changes as needed.
- Provide support for change requests, ensuring seamless implementation and minimal disruption to payroll operations.
- Process statutory payments to local statutory bodies, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
You are best equipped for this task if you have:
- Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, or professional Degree in any field, with a preference for Human Resources.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in Human Resources (HR), with at least 1 year of experience in payroll administration.
- Good knowledge of HR processes and HR IT Systems.
- Familiarity with local employment laws and regulations, including:
- Tax laws
- Social Security laws
- Workmen Compensation laws
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
