- Handle claims using IQIS-Salesforce, including first-part investigations, on-site and online customer support for 0km and field claims.
- Coordinate with GB's/Launch Manager/SQW-OE for on-site coverage, aligned with launch/project planning and on-site analysis.
- Provide launch support to customers, including LineWalk, PHA, and report preparation.
- Implement quality improvement measures at customer sites for issues caused by customers.
- Oversee sorting, rework, re-flash activities, and manage contractors, tools, and equipment.
- Prepare documentation and conduct training for customer-specific and regional procedures.
- Enter customer requirements (SQAM) into the CRS system and ensure requirement evaluation is completed.
- Support the SQW Manager with additional assignments as needed.
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Engineering or related field.
- Minimum 5 years' experience in quality control, quality assurance, or related field.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in English; Chinese language skills will be a strong advantage.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a dynamic environment.
