Together, we can build the future of data storage.Job DescriptionESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Enhance operational efficiency by eliminating non-value-added activities and improving the agility of Head/Media qualification processes through digital transformation project (QiS).
  • Conduct stakeholder interviews to gather insights and requirements. Review and document existing Head/Media qualification workflows.
  • Maintain detailed records of project activities, findings, and progress. Contribute to the creation of user manuals or training materials if needed.
  • Attend regular project meetings and contribute to team discussions. Present findings and recommendations to mentors and stakeholders.
  • Assist in designing digital solutions to streamline qualification processes.
  • Collaborate with IT and engineering teams to prototype and test digital tools.
  • Participate in system integration and user acceptance testing (UAT).
QualificationsREQUIRED:
  • Current student pursuing a Bachelor's in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or relevant education background
PREFERRED:
  • Software Design Pattern, Design Database Concept
  • Computer Language: Pythons, SQL, JS
  • Design of Thinking, Project Management, Presentation and Teamwork skills
  • Experience with project tracking tools (e.g., Trello, Jira, or Microsoft Project) is a plus
SKILLS:
  • Computer programming
  • Database design
  • Front-end and Back-end structure
  • Network system
  • Demonstrate a good level of English proficiency (written/verbal)
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Effective communication and teamwork abilities
  • Familiarity with process mapping and digital tools is a plus
