JOB TYPE: Contract (12-month renewable)
SALARY RANGE: 25,000 -38,000 baht

- The Junior Cloud Operations Team Member will be an integral part of our Cloud Operations Team, responsible for supporting and maintaining our cloud environments across Azure, AWS, GCP, and local cloud infrastructure.
- Cloud Infrastructure Support:
- Assist in the day-to-day management of cloud services on Azure, AWS, GCP, and local cloud.
- Monitor cloud environments, ensuring optimal performance and availability.
- Assist in the implementation and deployment of cloud-based resources and services.
- Incident Management:
- Respond to alerts and incidents related to cloud services.
- Collaborate with senior team members to resolve incidents quickly and efficiently.
- Maintenance and Upgrades:
- Apply patches and updates to cloud services and tools as directed.
- Perform routine backups and assist in disaster recovery procedures.
- Documentation:
- Maintain documentation for operational procedures and system configurations.
- Document incident reports and resolution steps.
- Continuous Learning:
- Stay updated with the latest developments in supported cloud platforms.
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, IT, or a related field.
- 2-3 years of experience in cloud infrastructure and operations, or recent graduates with strong internship experience.
- Knowledge of windows, Linux, Vmware, Azure, AWS, and/or GCP.
- Knowledge of network and security solution (Cisco/Palo alto).
- Familiarity with basic cloud principles and architecture.
- Basic understanding of infrastructure as code tools such as Terraform or CloudFormation is a plus.
- Strong problem-solving skills and eagerness to learn.
- Good communication skills and the ability to work in a team environment.
