IT Support

• Install, maintain, and troubleshoot computer systems, printers, CCTV, and other office equipment
• Handle basic IT issues related to networking, internet connection, and standard office software
• Support users across the company on day-to-day IT problems and liaise with external IT service providers as needed
• Maintain IT asset records and backup documentation in an organized and accessible
• manner

• Thai native speaker
• Bachelor's degree or higher in any field
• At least 1 year Has Experience in IT Administration, Network Administration, or technical support in any industry
• Fair command in English
• Knowledge of maintaining in-house systems
• Knowledge of employee PC settings and network management and maintenance
