The ideal candidate will have a strong background in office management and administration. You will be responsible for day-to-day admin tasks and office supplies.What You Will DoManage, purchase, and maintain all office and business supplies: stationery, IT equipment, software, snacks, etc.Manage service providers for office, events, and related company activities.Coordinate with office building and third parties related to office management when needed.Take care of administrative work, document work, and other coordination tasks.Work documenting and other administrative tasks as assigned.Manage travel arrangements for executives and team members.Support company initiatives by conducting research as requested.Work closely and support other team members.RequirementsBachelor's degree in any related field.1 - 2 years of working experience in office management and administration.High attention to detail.A driven and self-starter attitude.An open mind, a desire to learn, and to find new ways to do better what we do.
