- Design, configure, and optimize IT systems and business applications (e.g., ERP, CRM, workflow tools).
- Collaborate with stakeholders to shape short-term technology strategies and implement quick-win initiatives.
- Lead and mentor a team of business analysts to deliver cross-functional solutions.
- Drive business process improvements and support digital transformation efforts.
- Maintain system documentation, process workflows, and technical specifications.
- Evaluate system performance, recommend enhancements, and ensure data accuracy and integrity.
- Coordinate with developers, QA teams, and project managers to ensure timely and effective solution delivery.
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, including 5+ years in a leadership or managerial role.
- Proven hands-on experience configuring business systems such as SAP, Salesforce, or Microsoft Dynamics.
- Strong expertise in business process modeling, requirements gathering, and stakeholder engagement.
- Demonstrated leadership skills with a focus on coaching and team development.
- Ability to execute short-term IT strategies within complex business environments.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
- Experience in change management and delivering end-user training
