Participate in salary survey, prepare, and propose salary structure.
Ensure the current compensation and benefits program, policies, pay structure, welfare regulation are able competitive with market and attractive
To imitate and develop salary structure and analyze competitor's salary rate and benefit.
To provide staff records and keep updates on HRIS program for front & office staff
To manage the payroll process and pay on the payday under each department condition
HR data analysis for people dimension and store profile
Perform other duties as assigned by superior
