• Develop and lead IT infrastructure and software development strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Design and manage scalable, secure, and cost-effective infrastructure and application environments.
• Oversee the software development, including planning, development, testing, deployment, and maintenance.
• Ensure high availability, performance, and disaster recovery readiness across systems.
• Implement best practices in security, compliance, and risk management across infrastructure and applications.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support digital initiatives and emerging technologies.
• Drive continuous improvement through automation, monitoring, and process optimization.
• Manage hybrid environments, ensuring seamless integration between cloud and on-premises systems.
• Lead and mentor high-performing teams across infrastructure and development functions.
• Manage vendor relationships, licensing, and IT budgets effectively.

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 10+ years of progressive experience in IT infrastructure and software development.
• Strong understanding of enterprise architecture, software development lifecycle (SDLC), and IT operations.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage complex projects.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Experience in large-scale or multinational environments is a plus.
