Junior Performance QA

• Design and develop performance test scripts using tools such as Apache JMeter (preferred) or k6.
• Execute various types of performance testing, including Load, Stress, Volume, Endurance, and Availability.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to review non-functional requirements (NFRs) and define the scope of performance testing.
• Analyze results, identify performance bottlenecks, and work with development or infrastructure teams to resolve issues.
• Prepare detailed test reports highlighting findings, key metrics (TPS, response times, error rates, etc.).

• 1–3 years of experience in software testing, with at least 1 year in performance testing.
• Hands-on experience with performance testing tools such as JMeter or k6.
• Familiarity with application and infrastructure monitoring tools.
• Ability to interpret system metrics and logs to troubleshoot performance and resource issues.
• Basic knowledge of CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI).
• Nice to Have:
• •Experience working with cloud environments (AWS preferred).
• •Scripting skills in Python, Bash, or JavaScript.
• Understanding of database performance and SQL tuning.
